This is a personal tribute to the Fly Tex Elite 550, 
a cycling water bottle I really like as a rider for how easy it is to squeeze. 
I created the video from scratch with Cinema4D, Redshift, and After Effects.

Behind Scenes: Geometry, Maps & Fields


In this project, the use of fields combined with VertexMaps was very helpful to control color animation changes independently. The bottle material was designed so that all scattering parameters could be managed directly through color.
